In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific consulting agreement, the terms of the consulting agreement shall prevail with respect to the services covered by that agreement.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of a consulting engagement. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, business plans, technical specifications, financial data, and trade secrets. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any consulting engagement and remain in effect unless the information becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BizIT365 and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: • Your use of or inability to use our website or services • Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the website content • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data • Any third-party conduct or content on the website Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
